SASA and TSA sponsored internationally known storyteller Carolina Quiroga-Stultz' for a free workshop on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Participants learned techniques of using subtle yet powerful facial, voice, and body movements to enhance our storytelling.
Friendships and Kinships (Can’t y’all get along!?)
San Antonio Storytellers is proud to have been a part of Dream Week activities in January 2023. We hosted three storytelling programs for grown-ups, centered around moving beyond conflicts and misunderstandings, featuring stories from around the world and right at home.
August 3, 2022 was a memorable day for SASA. Tellers Sue Kuentz, Gloria Kunnapilly, Mark Babino, Larry Thompson, Lou-Lou Barbour made their way over to the El Progreso Memorial Library in Uvalde that morning. More than 40 kids plus their parents and grandparents were there to listen to two solid hours of storytelling.
